Current Position:
· Workers’ Compensation Underwriter
· Dallas, Texas
· $ Open - Depending on Experience
· Temporary-to-Hire
· Great benefits package!
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of Underwriting (non-subrogation) experience required
· Property and Casualty license required
· Ability to manage a group of moderately complex accounts
· Experience providing underwriting, technical support and service to assigned agents on moderately complex accounts
· Ability to underwrite new and renewal business
· Experience reporting to assigned agents’ new business flow, retention, profitability, potential and support territorial rate reviews
· Experience working with the Director of Special Programs to determine and make recommendations for the rate review and to improve products, systems, etc.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary
· Must pass criminal background and credit check
· Ability to travel
