Part Time Agent

Independent Personal Lines Agency seeking a licensed insurance agent to offer personal lines insurance to our existing customers. If you are a licensed agent this is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right person. We represent several top rated standard carriers, which we will be competitive in most markets. Leads provided at no cost. No charge for office space.

Agency will provide errors and omission coverage. We will contract you with top rated carriers.

Schedule 2 - 3 days a week. 1 Saturday a month required.

Future full time opportunity available to right person.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Responsibilities:

• Quote, sell, and service personal lines customers.

• Provide superior customer service.

• Meet or exceed sales goals.

• Comply with agency procedures.

• Keep up to date and adhere to all carrier guidelines.

Qualifications

• Indiana Property & Casualty License, or willing to get licensed

• Preferably one year of experience selling property and casualty insurance.

• Consultative selling approach with strong closing skills

• Self-starter, goal oriented, team player.

• Works independently under general supervision

• Problem solver- able to provide solutions following guidelines and procedure.
