Senior Client Manager - Employee Benefits - Raleigh NC

The Senior Client Manager joins a progressive benefits agency that has grown so rapidly (and will continue to do so) that its current staff has reached capacity. Paramount to this role is comprehensive large account, self-funded experience.  At a minimum your cases will be 500 employees and often reach several thousand lives.  Your skills in client management and marketing is key to bringing on new business and retaining current clients.  Insureds want confidence that you are available every day to assist with plan design, enrollments, communication, compliance, claims and marketing.  You will have a lot of responsibility for key relationship management and be actively involved in new business presentations and meetings.
