Underwriting Manager Senior Living

This is an outstanding opportunity with a well-established A+ carrier to help build and manage the Senior Living Underwriting department, to participate in all facets leading to growth and profitability, to provide leadership and guidance to the underwriting staff accordingly, to build and maintain effective and meaningful relationships with distribution partners nationally, working closely with the Chief Underwriting Officer to establish underwriting direction and company underwriting philosophies. 

This could be the opportunity for an Underwriter to step into Underwriting Management at a Supervisor level.

• Supervisor:
• At least 3-5 years of underwriting experience with proven record of success and in-depth knowledge of underwriting business.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Deep underwriting knowledge of Assisted Living. 
• Strong existing agency relationships with Senior Living brokers.
•  Strong desire for previous underwriting experience in Skilled Care and  Allied Health Risks.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Underwriting Manager to work into a more senior level position.

• Manager:  
• At least 7-10years of underwriting experience with proven record of success and in-depth knowledge of underwriting business.
• At least 5-7 years of proven record of favorable management experience.
• Deep underwriting knowledge of Assisted Living. o Strong existing agency relationships with Senior Living brokers.
• Strong desire for previous underwriting experience in Skilled Care and Allied Health Risks.
