Employee Benefits Account Manager - Fort Worth / West Dallas

Growing Property and Casualty Insurance agency is searching for an Employee Benefits Account Manager in their Life & Health segment. This position will be an integral part of an account team involved in employee benefits activities, both with existing clients and new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of new clients
  • Resolve day-to-day service issues
  • Provide consistent excellent client service
  • Follow up with clients and other internal employees assigned to the account on action plans to ensure decisions are implemented
  • Assist in resolving client, carrier and/or vendor issues
  • Prepare and conduct presentations for client decision-makers
  • Participate in the Renewal/Marketing Process
  • Understand clients’ needs and can articulate to internal departments
  • Assist in the sales process (RFP and proposal development, presentation, etc.)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.  Some college or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Current Texas Life and Health license required
  • 2+ years of insurance industry experience related to servicing benefits administration accounts preferred
  • Strong knowledge benefits administration, and healthcare
  • Person could come from the human resources side who has handled benefits administration
