A Supervisor Position - Making An Impact on Staff and Clients
The Employee Benefits Operations Manager is a management role with a Top 100 Independent Insurance Brokerage that will shape policy decisions and staff development. Reporting to the Division Practice Leader, your primary goal is to ensure a smooth and effective service delivery process.
Your accountability includes:
- Consistency in workflows, process implementation, Human Resources initiatives and employee development.
- Setting department expectations and best practices standards. Conduct audits and reviews to supplement personnel coaching.
- Ensure competent use of technology, office tools and agency management system.
- Champion a culture of teamwork and proactive client service.
- Participate in strategy sessions to anticipate issues with key accounts.
We are looking for the following requirements in qualified applicants:
- At least five (5) years of successful group health and welfare insurance experience.
- Leadership and/or management experience is required.
- Must be in operations, policy writing, direct or indirect management of client service employees and prior experience developing training and development programs.
- Comfortable with hands on leadership over client service deliverables, audits, compliance and performance reviews.
- Strong tactical experience with strategic strengths in staff management, departmental growth and interconnectivity with the sales and executive teams.
