Customer Service Representative - Work at Home

Small specialty Property and Casualty broker dedicated to providing insurance solutions to environmental service firms and related construction and engineering companies is growing. There is an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys service work with the property casualty insurance industry.

This is a rare opportunity in the agency market to work remotely at home in an office set up by the organization.

What Does the Role Entail?

• You will be first responder for incoming certificates.
• Review client contract requirements.
• Endorsement processing and auto ID cards.
• Quality Assurance / Quality Control.

Required:

• Very minimal insurance experience needed.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have computer knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Lives in Portland area (within 50 miles).

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Applied Systems a plus but not mandatory.
• Resident P&C Insurance License beneficial.
• Insurance background.
