Senior Vice President -Operations

Our client is a long-established provider of healthcare solutions. We are assisting them in their search for a Senior Vice President of Operations with proven experience in the healthcare payer arena. The position is located in the Great Plains region.

This Senior Management level position will be responsible for leading, and directing the company's Western Operations and will share accountability with other members of the senior leadership team for meeting overall divison goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong general management background and experience overseeing healthcare payer operations in  multiple locations.

• Bachelor's Degree -Master's preferred
• 10 years progressive experience in the healthcare payer sector and 5 years in an operations leadership role, preferably in a TPA environment
• Must have a strong presence with the ability to interact extensively with C level executives and line managers
• M & A integration experience is a +
• Independent problem solver with positive 'can do' attitude
• Passionate and Committed to help team members and clients succeed
• Experience with self insured and Medicare/medicaid models
