We are actively recruiting a Quality Assurance Auditor for claims.  An outstanding candidate will have claims supervision background.  You will be responsible for the reviewing multi-line claims, which have been processed and closed.  Goal is to analyze data, determine trends, and influence the better handling of claims through quality assurance.  Once trends are found, you will then train managers, supervisor and staff on quality and implement corrective actions.  This is a home office position and this is a critical role for our client to identify how claims product can be improved.

If you have Quality Assurance experience or have been a supervisor in property environment this role is for you.  Ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in business, multi-line claims experience, and an ability help mentor, coach, and be a positive change catalyst.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in written and oral communications.
• Previous supervision experience, preferred within the claims adjusting industry.
• Client interaction or account administration experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience auditing, analyzing, or adjusting claims.
