Claims Examiner - Homeowners; Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Top Insurance Company in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an inside Claims Examiner to handle homeowners claims. Must have 2+ years of property (residential) claims experience, preferably with a carrier background. Will consider independent adjusters with stable work history. Bachelors degree or insurance designation is strongly preferred along with a claims license. In this role, you will be responsible for handling claims from soup to nuts, so must be comfortable with all phases of the claims process. There will be a lot of reviewing of claims, so attention to detail and negotiating skills is required. Will be expected to close out claims in a timely manner. Company offers excellent benefits.
