Agency Claims Director / Risk Manager; Boca Raton, FL

Growing Property & Casualty Insurance Agency is currently looking for a high-level Director of Claims / Risk Manager. We are looking for someone that can oversee the claims process, assist clients with reviewing policy language on attorney and non-attorney represented claims. Act as the liaison between the client and company claims adjuster to help resolve and settle claims. Will also assist in safety programs and loss control for larger accounts to help mitigate risk. 7+ years claims experience preferably on the agency side, strong negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills a must.
