Premium Auditor - San Antonio, Texas

Our client is a recognized and financially stable Property and Casualty Insurance carrier which is seeking an ambitious Premium Auditor for their South Central Texas Territory.  This territory will be composed of a San Antonio to Corpus Christi area.  You will be responsible for auditing workers' compensation accounts for accuracy and will be in direct contact with the customer.  As a front line representative of the company, you have the opportunity to provide professional service to the client.  Preferable location would be someone living in the San Antonio general area, but the company would consider someone living in Corpus Christi as well.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform financial record audits for premium accuracy
• Evaluate the account for proper risk classification and premium base
• Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions etc.
• Provide full report of findings to the regional office
• Complete an average of 13 to 15 audit stops per week

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in premium audit field.  Bachelors degree is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in premium audit of workers' compensation files with a Vendor Audit company or Carrier
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good driving record
• Self motivated and able to work independently
