Two Openings, One Great Organization

This downtown Chicago insurance agency has two immediate openings in the commercial service team.  While the positions require different levels of insurance experience, they also share similarities- challenging, multi-faceted, fast paced and client focused. 

Senior Customer Service Rep (CSR):
You’ll replace an employee who is retiring.  You’ll work with the President and VP of Client Service who wear a lot of hats and need you to be experienced, knowledgeable, able to take action and get things done working fairly autonomously.  There is a lot of interaction with clients. You’ll process certificates, check contracts, review policies and handle billing. 

Requirements: State insurance license and similar insurance account management experience.

Administrative Assistant:
You will work as the front desk receptionist answering phones, processing mail/FedEx and assisting with special projects. You will also serve as the back up to the CSR team:

  • Issuing certificates Processing endorsement requests Data entry Compiling renewal paperwork

Compensation: Both positions are full-time and come with a competitive base salary, full benefits package and paid time off (PTO).
