Our client is currently seeking a Surety Claim Adjuster to provide quality, cost efficient and timely investigation of contract  and commercial surety bond claims. This position requires someone who exhibits a strong working knowledge of legal contracts, insurance policies, construction methods or liability insurance related claims.  Additional responsibilities include setting reserves and making payments in accordance with company policy, assisting in site inspections, working with outside counsel and consultants to proactively respond to demands against the bond. 

Qualified candidates will have a strong claims background handling commercial liability claims with a preference to individuals with surety or construction defect experience. J.D. is highly preferred.
