Production Assistant needed in downtown Los Angeles and Sherman Oaks CA.

Wholesale agency insurance experience necessary.
- Assist with servicing clients and accounts, preparing correspondence, sending emails and other documents, and setting up and maintaining active files, organize and set up electronic policy files and managing and servicing expired policy files.
- Handle daily account servicing, including communication with underwriters and clients.
- Request loss runs from carriers, renewal letters, policy documents, and follow-up as required.
- Process audits and quality control checklists and documentation.
- Handle Surplus Lines Association (SLA) filings and processing of ACORD certificates.
- Provide effective backup to production staff.
- Advanced skill level in PC software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other software, as required).
Salary is competitive for PA's.
