Enrollment Specialist - Employee Benefits / Group Health; Naples & Ft. Myers, FL

Hiring a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join a fast growing and major benefits player in southwest Florida. We are seeking a high energy and positive candidate with a strong work ethic.

Will be responsible for making presentations to large groups, assist with answering benefit related questions and handling the open enrollment process. In this role, you will have to travel and support the sales and customer service team as needed.

Qualified candidate should have

• 3+ years of experience in the business and
• strong presentation skills speaking to large groups.
