Join this Top 100 insurance broker’s leadership ranks in a newly created role as the Director of Agency Operations with responsibility to inspire, support and mentor the service managers in all three major divisions- commercial lines, personal lines and employee benefits.  Team leaders and supervisors will be your direct reports; indirectly your plans will influence all the account managers, CSRs and non-sales personnel.  You will report to the CFO.

A Glimpse Into What You’ll Be Involved With

  • Participate in decisions related to strategic and tactical insurance agency operations. 
  • 'Change is Constant'. Help manage the anticipated growth by preparing plans that scale organic growth and Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Lead insurance company and vendor meetings. 
  • Monitor portfolio performance, client satisfaction, retention, BOR agreements and renewals.
  • Marketing campaigns, technology improvements, efficiencies and compliance.
  • Employee development programs, hiring and standardized agency management system cross-training.

 

Insurance Experience is Required. Additionally, we seek applicants with:

  • Management experience. Operational planning and execution; budgets; financial planning; staff development; cultural initiatives.
  • Successful contributions to the performance of teams in customer service, marketing and administration.
