Surety Bond Field Sales Producer - Harrisburg, PA

Specialty Insurance Carrier is looking for self-motivated individuals with some sales experience. This is an Insurance Producer position. A background in Construction and Financial Sales would be ideal. This is a commissioned position which is highly compensated for the successful candidates. Leads will be provided for you to develop relationships with pre-screened contractor prospects. Prefer candidates with 2 to 5 years’ experience in Sales who are looking for better compensation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree • Professional Selling Skills – formal sales training • CRM Experience • Strong Interpersonal Skills • Energetic Telephone Presence • Confident Presentation Skills • Familiar with basic accounting principles is a plus
