Top P&C Insurance Company is seeking an inside Claims Sr. Litigation Adjuster to handle 1st party residential claims. Qualified candidate will have 3+ years of litigation claims experience working for a property carrier. Will manage from soup to nuts first party property claims while providing excellent customer service. Must have experience with litigated files, participate in depositions, mediations and trails as needed. Must also be comfortable with EUO (Examination Under Oath). Bachelors degree and insurance designation preferred. 620 license a must.
