Job Description
Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated Insurance Carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Life Company as a Life Customer Service Representative. The position requires the following, but is not limited to:
· Work effectively with agents, policyholders, and associates at all levels
· Communicate effectively in verbal and written form
· Prioritize and organize work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
· Accurately and efficiently respond to agents and policyholders on more advanced policy features, coverages, and procedures
· Determine and obtain information, while applying good judgement in making decisions, when working tasks through the servicing process
Desired Skills & Experience
· Associates Degree or its equivalent is preferred
· Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
· Read and interpret data
· Good organizational skills
· Ability to handle multiple assignments
