What Will Make You Successful In This Role

  • Ability to provide high level sales support and client service through proactive calling assigned relationships.
  • Organizing daily strategic partnership coverage and relationship building in accordance with business plan and/or sales goals.
  • Helping to document all proactive activity and pertinent issues including but not limited to appointments, thank you calls, monthly call campaigns, and sales opportunities.
  • Working well with other home office departments to effective service the key strategic partnerships.
  • Identifying the type of sales support necessary to accomplish the objective, increasing sales, adding value to the products, and ensuring sales and service support delivered.

Requirements

  • Previous account management experience working with an insurance company or entity with individual life and health products, especially Medicare Supplement preferred.
  • Comfortable with talking on the phone and/or public speaking as primary activity.
  • Some travel required.
