Consulting with Financial Institutions, Banks and Lending Agencies: As Director, you will be charged with growing and managing this insurance consulting firm’s Leveraged Finance practice working on behalf of blue chip lenders and investment banks. The company is a risk management advisory firm to some of the biggest names on Wall Street. They advise banks, financial institutions and lending agencies on sound due diligence for loan origination in commercial real estate and corporate finance including M&A transactions.

The Challenging and Impactful Pieces of This Role:

  • Use your property and casualty insurance knowledge on a daily basis.  Dive into insurance risk review and due diligence. Manage projects. Provide subject matter commercial insurance expertise.
  • Business development AND client relationship management with sophisticated prospects and current clients.  Discuss market trends with C-level decision makers.  Consider all angles of risk mitigation and compliance for corporate lending/restructuring and Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Team Leadership. Ensure support associates in your team have all the resources to be successful.  Keep deadlines on track. Be confident in the sound insurance recommendations you can provide clients at the point of loan origination.
