As the Insurance Agency Client Service Manager, you keep the crazy world of account management organized and running like a well-oiled machine.  What You’ll be Tasked with Managing:

  • Daily Client Service.  You’ll look at productivity issues- completion, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Placement.  Here you get to help account managers set marketing plans, strategize on renewals and work out issues with underwriters.
  • Service Delivery.  You won’t personally manage accounts, but you are responsible for making sure promises made to clients are kept.  This includes issues like workflows and de-escalating situations.
  • Personnel Development. You should be very process oriented. Streamline the use of technology (Agency Management Systems) with appropriate training, education, goal setting and performance management.
