The addition of a dedicated Human Resources professional will help solidify key areas of corporate management and work alongside the partners in further developing the business for years to come. Specifically, you’ll be involved in enhancing the company’s current employee relations, plan for future growth, implement new policies and establish best practices.
Where You Can Make An Impact
- Planning and Development (job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring compensation structures, employee appraisals, training and education, recruiting, new hire selections, onboarding and orientations)
- Organization (updating human resource policies and procedures, maintain HR files and retrieval systems, ensure legal compliance, investigating and documenting employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors)
- Operations (maintain employee benefits programs, communicate benefit needs and trends, direct claims process, assist with operations and vendor management, tackle special projects).
We are interested in the following qualifications:
- At least three (3), preferably five (5) or more years of Human Resources experience handling employee relations, training, onboarding and policy implementation.
- Knowledgeable with employment law compliance, job description development and performance management.
- Strong core competencies in communication, consultation and relationship management. Experience working within the insurance industry a huge plus.
