A national insurance carrier is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Marketing & Business Development to oversee new business acquisition, retention, and the expansion of their commercial P&C book of business.  This person will be implementing and managing the strategic marketing plan targeting the company's agents & brokers while working with the underwriting staff on day-to-day issues regarding agency relationships.  Lastly, this person will serve as an analytic expert on monitoring and reporting results for new marketing plans in different parts of the nation.  

Qualified candidates must have a strong background in managing agency relationships focused on the commercial Property & Casualty industry.  Prior experience in data analysis and personnel management experience highly preferred.
