Our client is a long-established provider of healthcare solutions. We are assisting them in their search for a Director of Plan Build Services with proven experience in the healthcare payor industry. The position is located in scenic West Virginia, known for its mountains and rolling hills.

This ground floor opportunity will be responsible for the leadership and direction of a team of individuals who are responsible for the development and delivery of benefit plan payment designs to meet the needs of new and existing clients

  • Bachelor's Degree –Business or Health Administration (preferred)
  • 10 years progressive experience in the healthcare payer sector and 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong operational management skills
  • Experience in plan design and plan build
  • Experience integrating people, process and technology
  • Hands-on experience in business process management and improvement
  • Independent problem solver with positive 'can do' attitude
  • Passionate and Committed to help team members and clients succeed
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
