Operations Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
Alexander & Schmidt is a provider of risk and loss control services to the property and casualty insurance industry. This entry level position is responsible for the administrative functions of the survey process and general office administrative activities. The Operations Administrative Assistant supports the Territory Manager to maintain a high level of quality service to our clients.
This position includes the following responsibilities:
- Monitor status and take action relative to field representative and customer questions
- Electronic inventory verification through various client portals
- Prepare and run reports for key clients
- Prepare, distribute, and track key client communications
- Monitor and communicate territory contract field rep needs to Territory Manager.
- All other related duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, at minimum 40 WPM.
- Prior phone skills required.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and direct field representatives as needed.
- Must be able to work in a high productivity, deadline-driven team environment.
Education Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Post high school degree preferred
