Local agency seeking a commercial lines assistant to support four account managers and two producers. Will review commercial applications, renewal requests and endorsements for adherence to underwriting authority and guidelines as established by the company’s carriers. Prepare and process binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits and cancellations. Provide day to day support to commercial account managers as needed. Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
Previous experience in an assistant customer service representative or account manager role is desired.
