Sr. Account Manager, Account Executive Group Benefits; Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Well established growing Ft Lauderdale, FL area insurance agency is seeking a Sr. Group Benefits Account Manager/AE.  This individual will work closely with producers and other team members to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction and account retention. Accounts will be mostly 50+ live groups generally guarantee issue but will also include some clients with self-funding arrangements. To qualify, candidates should have at least 3+ yrs. of Group Benefits experience and demonstrate a proficiency in an account management role. Must have a Florida 215 license and have the ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms and policies.  Must be strong with business application technology including Excel. Experience working with the EPIC agency management system is a plus. College degree is preferred. Experience with self-funding arrangements is a big plus.
