Claims Adjuster - Auto Bodily Injury

Type: TEMP TO PERM

Pay: $50,000-$55,000 based on experience

Location: Sarasota, FL 34240

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday, normal business hours

Description:

• Daily review of workflow and claim systems
• Review of new claims assignments with 24 hours 
• Contact with the insured/claimant within 24 hrs
• Assign appraisers or coordinate the receipt of estimates of damage
• Determine if estimates or appraisals are appropriate
• Gather evidence of damages
• Interview or obtain recorded statements from the claimant
• Request payment authorization
• Determine degree of attorney involvement
• Accurately record any communication or activity relevant to the claim
• Follow procedures to image documents 
• Maintain a 95% claim closure ratio.
• Review field adjuster reports 

Qualifications:

FL Adjusters License (620)

3+ years of auto BI claims experience
