Our "A+" rated carrier client is actively seeking a strong business analysis finance manager to oversee and lead their reconciliation department. This person will manage a small staff handling a wide range of administrative and analytical duties overseeing a the development, formulation, presentation, and execution of the product-portfolio budgets and supporting internal customers including actuarial departments. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years experience in budget & planning duties, and 2 or more years of supervising and leading teams in the accounting & finance arena. Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not necessary.
