Regional Sales Director
Our client is actively seeking qualified and experienced Regional Sales Manager/Director to join their team in the Northeast Region of the United States. This role will guide the Sales Executives/Territory Managers to create and execute a distibution plan to achieve premium goals for the region. The position offers the ideal opportunity for a Sales Manager/Director who is looking to contribute to this growing organization, and a high performing team!
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Must have Sales Management experience leading a sales team
- Minimun of 5+ years of insurance/ and or sales experience.
- Ability to work independently, with limited direction
- Strong organization, and planning experience.
- Experience in the Insurance Industry is key to this position
The location for this position is going to be overseeing the Mid Atlantic/New England Region of Territory Managers/Sales Exec's. This is a work from home position with company car or car allowance. This is a newly created position for this company.
