The Manager of Accounting and Finance is a very hands on role and one in which you will be working with…

• Operating invoices/payments, helping account managers with transactions within the EPIC system, handling commission reconciliations and reviewing producer production reports.
• Reviewing income statements and balance sheets. 
• Budgets, tax work as well as counseling owners on financial decisions.

• Statutory accounting experience in Health, Life and/or P&C insurance.
• Experience in an internal accounting role.
• Accounting and/or finance training.
• Experience with EPIC.
