Simply put, your job as the Commercial Insurance Department Manager is to proactively run the day-to-day operations of their Commercial Insurance department, ensuring excellent client experience and satisfaction.
What Do We Seek?
· At least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
· Could be from either the agency or carrier side.
· Knowledge of AMS Sagitta is preferred.
· Prior management experience ideal however aptitude and interest will be considered.
· A successful candidate will be a team player, with knowledge of carrier rating systems, excellent organizational and problem solving skills, and demonstrated skills for effective oral and written communication.
· A doer. Someone willing to jump in and roll up their sleeves.
