We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Management Trainee to join our growing team in Jacksonville! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Management Trainee will oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Sales Management Trainee will establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Sales Management Trainee will analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Sales Management Trainee will track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Sales Management Trainee will report on team and individual performance
• Sales Management Trainee will develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Sales Management Trainee will build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
