Description:

Working closely with the HRIS and Compensation teams, our Data Operations Analyst is charged with the analysis of varying sets of HR data and the impact on recruitment, retention, performance and development.  This position requires teamwork balanced with offering independent insight and perceptive analysis.


Qualifications

*         4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred

*         2 years progressive experience in business operations, human resources, or finance preferred.

*         Intermediate skills in Excel and Access required

*         Prior experience using Access, Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools preferred

*         Organized, logical thinking, technical knowledge in data management and reporting skills necessary

*         Proficient, methodical documentation practices of report requirements, decisions, formulas and report distributions

*         Excellent communications skills both verbal and written

*         Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings
