The Automobile Club of Southern California has a great opportunity for an experienced and resourceful Technical Recruiting Manager to join our Corporate Human Resources Recruitment Team.
This position is located in Costa Mesa, and will involve leading a team of Technical Recruiters to identify and submit top talent for our growing number of technical opportunities. This position will partner closely with Recruitment Operations as well as business partners to identify the best strategies to fill highly sought after positions.
In addition, this position will build a talent pipeline for technical positions, stay up-to-date on employment laws, utilize recruitment metrics to execute a data-driven approach to finding talent; lead recruiting initiatives, and ensure recruiting methods are efficient, effective and promote the values of the organization.
The selected individual should possess: 5-7 years of recruitment support and experience, with a focus on managing a technical recruiting team. Effective communication skills (written and verbal). A positive attitude and effective leadership skills. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a high attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking System experience (Taleo knowledge a plus). Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of social media recruiting techniques and H-1B Visa processing required. This position requires more than 40 hour work weeks.
