Commercial Lines Insurance Agent

We have a client in Deland, FL, seeking an Commercial Insurance licensed CSR to join their team!

You will be responsible, for servicing and supporting the needs of our clients.

Position is Temp to Perm Responsibilities:

• Answer phones with a pleasant and helpful attitude • Prepare certificates of insurance • Resolve client inquiries and complaints • Comply with insurance standards and regulations • Follow up with carriers and clients regarding required documents for direct bi!! renewals, payments, cancellations, and reinstatements • Take payment information • Policy review • Process endorsements • Prepare applications and accord forms

Qualifications:

Currently or previously licensed as a 2-20 or 4-40 Agent • Previous experience working with commercial insurance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks • Detail oriented • Honest and ethical • Self-starter • Accountable and reliable • Personable and have the ability to build rapport with clients • Positive attitude toward work and clients • Proven performance in customer service • Professional office etiquette • Must be able to work in a team environment • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe • Knowledge of QQ Solutions insurance software a plus
