We are currently partnered with a growing agency that is looking for a Client Service Specialist to work directly with their client on-site in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a commercial lines knowledge and a strong background in Account Management.  This is an exciting opportunity to be client facing and an extension of their Risk Management staff. The Client Service Specialist will need to be very detailed orientated and is comfortable client facing. We are looking for someone who knows P&C and is familiar with insurance requirements.  Contractors, sub-contractors, or construction experience would be a huge plus. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts
• Property and Casualty license required, and Life and Health License is a plus
• Knowledge of Insurance and/or Brokerage business
• Understands rating calculations pertinent to WC and GL for guaranteed cost and loss sensitive programs
• Detailed orientated and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Presentation, organization and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Excel
