An expanding commercial insurance carrier is currently seeking an experienced underwriting manager for their Agribusiness  unit who will be accountable for overseeing staff as well as acquiring and retaining profitable commercial agribusiness and farm accounts.  Direct reports will include leading  field-based Business Development Specialists who promote sales of various P&C products through the independent agency system, as well as leading a team of Commercial Lines Underwriters and Underwriting Assistant(s).
