Senior Claims Adjuster

Immediate need for an experienced Senior Claims Examiner.   You can be located in the Sacramento area, San Jose area, Redding or Bay area. Depending on what area you reside, you will either be working in the Sacramento office or working remotely.

This role will be responsible for establishing financial reserves, overseeing litigation, mediation and settlements.

You will be helping an organization with a unique purpose. They exist to serve their members and to protect and conserve educational resources for the benefit of students in California public schools and colleges. As a group, they provide insurance and risk management solutions to nearly 150 California public schools and community colleges.

Experience, skills and abilities we seek:

• 5 to 7+ years experience managing a pending of complex commercial claims.
• Claims will include Molestation cases, cases involving Special Education, Employer Practice Liability cases as well as general injury cases.
• Proven experience guiding outside defense counsel towards prompt resolution of complex claims in litigation.
• Organized self-starter type with exceptional client service skills.
