FARMERS INSURANCE COMPANY, a national insurance carrier is bringing business to Florida and a new agency will be opening in downtown Winter Haven, FL in August!!!
They are in need of experienced and licensed Florida 220 sales agents and 440 CSR's in Personal Lines insurance for Auto and Homeowners coverage. AND having an additional Life and Health license is A++++.
220 Sales agents will work with base salary PLUS commissions. Farmers plan for growth is superior and that means a straight track to the top for YOU. Base pay based on experience.
The CSR's will work along side the sales agents and maintain and service future customers as well as support the office with general clerical functions (phones, data entry, filing, mailings, certificates, payments, etc.). Salary based on experience.
Both positions are eligible for the very lucrative Farmers goal based Bonus Plans.
