Subrogation Team Supervisor

If you have 5 years Subrogation experience and 1 year supervisory background or management training this is a great opportunity for you to join a growing company that offers excellent work life balance and a supportive management team! The Subrogation Team Supervisor will directly handle arbitration and mediation for mid-level exposure PIP and No-Fault Liability Claims.

 The Subrogation Team Supervisor will oversee 4-5 Subrogation Adjusters, guide and mentor the team and work a partial caseload. Serve as the point person for the unit guiding the team on negotiations and settlement. A  Certified Arbitrator is highly desired. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to present oral arguments at arbitration hearings is a must. The Subrogation Team Supervisor will need to possess strong negotiation and communication skills and have experience working with legal departments and third party attorneys.
