Supervisor of Underwriting Services

General Placement Service is currently seeking an experienced insurance professional for a position with a global insurance company in Morristown, NJ.  Our client is seeking someone at the highest customer service aptitude possible.  The Supervisor must have experience leading teams who provide internal and external customers a high level of support and service.

This position is responsible for leading a team of service professionals who work in tandem with internal staff and engage daily with external customers who require the highest standards of service that can be provided.  My client serves the insurance needs of a variety of classes of business nationally and internationally that each need quick turn-around times on all communications.  The function of this role is to manage the service teams and continually be searching for ways to improve the customer experience.

To be qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years management experience in a highly professional and detail oriented field.  The supervisor must have experience being the creative force behind high profile corporate initiatives and projects designed to improve all interactions between a customer service team and the end user.
