This company is very customer service oriented and works with Personal and Commercial Lines Auto Claims. A major Insurance Carrier they are adding a Bodily Injury Litigation Manager to staff. In this role you will be responsible for 6-7 Litigation Adjusters. Duties include the responsibility for settling claims in excess of staff authority and/or guiding staff in settlements as well as hiring, mentoring and performance reviews.
A degree, 3 + years managerial background and at least 5 years working with personal and/or commercial lines, litigated Bodily Injury claims is the ideal background for this position.
This opportunity is “hands on” where the Manager will handle the most complicated claims while assisting and guiding the litigation team. Strong litigation experience in NY and NJ with heavy BI knowledge is of the upmost importance to succeed in this role.
