Personal Lines Underwriter Boston

Dynamic and stable insurance organization is in growth mode and looking for Production Underwriters with strong Personal Lines property experience.  Ideal candidate must have E&S Wholesale or High Net Worth Carrier side experience with an agency following that writes personal lines property exposures (home, dwelling fire, vacants) in the Boston area.  Travel within your territory to visit with and train agents, underwriting authority to write new business in the field.  Provide feedback and recommendations as to industry trends, marketing issues and competition to Management.  Must currently have 3+ years of the above experience with personal lines property (no auto or commercial lines only backgrounds) underwriting.  This is a top company that takes great care of their employees.  Six figure potential role with base plus bonuses depending on experience.  Build your own kingdom within their kingdom with no cap on potential earnings.  Phenomenal Manager to work with.
