Sr. Commercial Liability Claims Consultant - Chicago, IL
Recognized and growing Property and Casualty Insurance Broker is seeking a Senior Liability Claims Consultant for their Chicago operation. Candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving general liability claims. You will work with attorneys and implement solid claims strategies involving complex, risk management claims and other specialty lines coverages.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience handling complex commercial liability claims
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Claims experience on the broker or TPA side is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of or exposure to multi-state jurisdictions
- Insurance designations are considered a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
