Sales Manager St. Petersburg

Growing agency is looking for a sales manager that has a proven track record both selling commercial insurance and mentoring newer producers. Will be responsible for helping them grow a book with a very hands on approach. Teaching basics of cold calling and closing. Assist with sales calls. With experienced producers just be a mentor to them coach and encourage them to continue to write new business. Min 10 years in P&C production with a mid market agency some benefits knowledge is a plus.
