Personal Insurance Sales VP Naples & Fort Myers

This is an excellent opportunity with a well-established agency in the SW Florida is seeking a Practice Leader to provide direction for their Personal Lines Sales and Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be an active contributor on the agency’s management team.  They will be expected to work collaborate with the Personal Lines Service VP to achieve the agency’s production and client service objectives.

To qualify; Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 220 P&C license, 15+ years of personal lines insurance experience including 2+ years as a commission sales AGENT AND 5+ years in a leadership or management role. Knowledge of the Florida personal lines marketplace and insurance carriers is essential. Understanding the needs requirements and solutions for high net worth clients is critical. Must also have the skill set, desire and temperament to develop and mentor a sales team.
