Senior Risk Improvement Innovation Specialist

The Senior Risk Improvement Innovation Specialist will be part of a growing team of a well-respected regional insurance company that has been in business for over 100 years.  This is a critical role in a self-contained division that runs autonomously in a collaborative environment where teamwork is practiced every day.

About the Role

In this position you will discover new ways to reduce loss by researching new technological tools and advancements. Additional duties to include:

• Conducting market research to determine which tools will best fit needs and values.
• Develop, build, validate, and improve the new products offered to provide better loss prevention services for insureds, independent agency partners, and the company itself.
• Evaluate data and associated information gathered from deployed technology during pilot projects throughout production phases to analyze solution efficiency and improvements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert from Risk Improvement on collaborative teams, committees, working groups, and projects.

Senior Risk Improvement Innovation Specialist Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, science or related field.
• Master's degree a plus.
• 6-10 years of experience in innovation or business process, including experience with vehicle telematics, or related experience.
• Experience with commercial auto innovation solutions preferred.
• Professional designations such as Certified Safety Professional, Associate in Risk Management and/or CPCU preferred.
